Terms of Service

1. Services
Calcifer Computing provides artificial intelligence research, consulting, and software development services. Our services include but are not limited to: technical research, prototype development, data analysis, and strategic consulting for AI/ML applications.
2. Engagement Terms
All engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and compensation. These Terms of Service apply to all engagements unless explicitly superseded by the SOW.
3. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and ACH.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product created during an engagement becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Calcifer Computing retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during engagements, as well as any pre-existing intellectual property.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose proprietary information, business strategies, or technical details without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Calcifer Computing's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client shall pay for all work completed through the termination date. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
