Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
All purchases of Calcifer Computing services are final and non-refundable. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with deliverables, changes in project scope, or early termination of engagements.
Service Delivery
We are committed to delivering high-quality work as outlined in your Statement of Work or service agreement. All deliverables, timelines, and expectations are established prior to engagement to ensure alignment between both parties.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an engagement after work has commenced, you remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date, as well as any third-party costs incurred on your behalf. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute regarding deliverables, we encourage you to contact us directly at contact@calcifercomputing.com to discuss your concerns. We will work in good faith to address any issues within the scope of your original agreement.

All services are priced and billed in United States Dollars (USD).
